Hello and Welcome
to The New Jersey IAHSP™ Regional Chapter (NJIRC).
Our Chapter was launched in January 2005 and is serving
Central and Northern New Jersey and surrounding areas. The goal of the New
Jersey IAHSP™ Regional Chapter (NJIRC) is to foster growth, unity and
professionalism to members of the home staging community. The New Jersey IAHSP
Regional Chapter strives to promote Professional Home Stagers as working
partners with real estate agents and homeowners, to educate the community about
the advantages of Staging, and to promote good will and camaraderie among home
stagers and the business community. Our members represent the New Jersey
community of ASP™/ASPMs™ that are dedicated to the Vision and the Mission of
IAHSP.
Our Chapter Goals include :
- To serve our ASP and Real Estate Community with enthusiasm and
integrity.
- To uphold the IAHSP code of ethics with the utmost
professionalism.
- To foster unity within our local Chapter and the entire IAHSP
foundation.
- To bring honor to our ASP designation that sets us apart in the
Staging industry.
- To promote business networking amongst our members, the real
estate community and related businesses
- To continue to advance the art and education of ASP/ASPMs
- To provide joint promotional & marketing opportunities for
our members
- To give back to our local community through the Worldwide Staging
Service Day and other community service projects
